Subscription and payments
Updated on Saturday 26 September 2026
The 15-day trial, the two plans, how to pay each invoice by card, SPEI or OXXO, how to save your card for automatic charges, what happens when an invoice is overdue and how to cancel.
Atiéndalo is paid per shop, not per user: one subscription covers your whole team, all your brands and all your products. Everything about billing lives in Your store → Plan, which the owner and the admins can see.
The 15-day trial
When you create your shop a 15-day trial with no card starts. We ask for nothing to sign up, and the shop works in full: brands, products, labels, the register, reports and settlements, nothing locked.
The home screen shows how many trial days you have left, and in the last week a notice appears at the top. When the trial ends nothing is paused: the first invoice reaches your inbox.
The two plans
| Plan | Price | Invoice |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $500 MXN a month | One at the start of each month |
| Annual | One at the start of each year; works out to $420 a month |
Prices include VAT. Both plans include exactly the same; there are no extras and no per-user charges. Every shop starts on monthly: for annual, switch in Your store → Plan with Switch to annual, during the trial too.
How to pay an invoice
Each invoice reaches you by email, in your shop’s name, and you have 7 days to pay it. There are three ways:
- Credit or debit card: on the invoice’s payment page (the Pay invoice button in the email or on your plan).
- SPEI transfer: the same page gives you your shop’s CLABE. Transfer the exact amount from your bank and the invoice marks itself paid, usually within minutes. That CLABE never changes, so you can save it.
- Cash at OXXO: the invoice email has a Pay at OXXO link, and your plan a Pay at OXXO button. Get a voucher with a reference number (it also reaches you by email), take it printed or on your phone to any OXXO and pay at the counter. The payment shows up the next business day. The voucher expires on the date it says; if it expires unpaid, get another.
If you have two open invoices, the OXXO voucher is for the oldest one; once it is paid you can get one for the next.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You type your card number on Stripe’s pages and it never reaches us: we keep only the card brand and its last four digits. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.
Saving your card
If you would rather not pay each invoice by hand, in Your store → Plan use Charge my card: you enter a card on Stripe’s page and from then on every invoice is charged by itself. Anything you owe at that moment is paid with that card.
If an automatic charge is declined (expired card, no funds, blocked by the bank), it is retried for about two weeks and an email lets you know. To change the card open Payment history. To stop, Back to manual payment: invoices reach you by email again, to pay however you like.
If an invoice is overdue
Reminders reach you by email before and after the due date, and the admins see a notice with the amount and the deadline at the top of every screen. The shop stays open.
If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, the shop is paused:
- The owner and the admins see Your store → Plan, can pay what they owe and download all their data from there.
- Cashiers see a screen saying the shop is paused, and can sign out or switch to another shop.
- Nothing is deleted. As soon as you pay, the shop reopens.
Switching plans
- Monthly to annual: takes effect at once. An invoice for the year arrives, minus what you did not use of the current month, and the year starts that day.
- Annual to monthly: you stay on the annual plan you paid for until it ends; from then on an invoice arrives every month. Until then you can change your mind with Stay on the annual plan.
Cancelling and coming back
In Your store → Plan, Cancel subscription. The shop stays open until the end of the period you paid for and no more invoices arrive; after that it is paused, with your data intact. Cancelling does not refund the rest of the current period.
Until that day you can Reactivate as if nothing happened. After it, Subscribe again sends the first invoice at once, and the shop reopens as soon as you pay it. There is no second trial.
To close the shop and delete its data instead, see Your shop and your data.
Tax invoices and refunds
- CFDI: requested by hand for now. Write to hola@atiendalo.com with your tax details and the month to invoice.
- Refunds: a card or SPEI payment can be refunded if you ask within 72 hours, at hola@atiendalo.com. OXXO payments cannot be refunded.
Common problems
- The invoice never arrived. Check the spam folder of the owner’s email. Your plan also has the Pay invoice button.
- I paid by SPEI and it is still open. Check that you transferred to the CLABE on the payment page and the full amount. If you paid more, the rest stays in your favour.
- I paid at OXXO and it is still open. The payment shows up the next business day. Use Refresh on your plan to see it as soon as it lands.
- I paid the same invoice twice (say, SPEI and OXXO). It is not lost: it stays in your favour and is applied to the next invoice.
- It says a last name is missing. OXXO asks for a first name and at least one last name for the voucher; type them on the payment page.
