Which brands sold the most this month, and how much do I owe each one? Show me a chart.

Diseños Frida leads September with $76,547.44 in sales, and you owe them $75,118.52 ($72,618.52 if you discount their rent).

Nothing from September has been paid out yet to any of these five, so the pending amount equals what they earned this month.

Brand Sales (Sep) You owe After rent
Diseños Frida $76,547.44 $75,118.52 $72,618.52
Calzado Guanajuato $55,357.69 $54,167.38 $52,667.38
Plata Viva $46,416.65 $45,384.42 $41,884.42
Moda Mexicana S.A. $43,217.29 $38,030.32 $36,530.32
Cuero Real $40,582.16 $35,596.75 $34,096.75
September sales by brand

Total store sales for September were $478,052.50 across 13 brands (Hilos de Oaxaca, with $2,872.00, isn't in the chart). Note that the top three brands pay no consignment commission, so almost all their sales flow back to them — the store only keeps their rent.

How did last week go compared with the week before, and why?
Checked 2 sources
  1. Checking tickets…
  2. Checking sales…

Last week (Sep 21–27) came in at $102,131.50 — up 57% from $65,046.00 the week before.

  • More traffic and bigger baskets: 38 tickets vs 29, and average ticket $2,687.67 vs $2,242.97. Units sold jumped from 158 to 229.
  • The growth was concentrated midweek: Sep 23–25 brought in $64,737.00 by themselves (three days above $20K), while the prior week only had one strong day (Sep 20, $18,661.00).
  • By brand, the lift came mostly from Diseños Frida ($8,710.00 → $22,170.72), Moda Mexicana S.A. ($3,977.03 → $14,416.30), Artesanías del Valle ($3,440.00 → $10,208.00) and Bolsos Chiapas ($2,058.01 → $7,355.90). The only notable drop was Joyas de Taxco, from $9,775.00 to $3,478.00.
  • Discounts stayed proportional ($2,608.50 vs $2,014.00), so the jump is real volume, not promos.
Daily sales

Worth checking what Joyas de Taxco had in stock last week — it was the only brand that moved backwards.

Which products have stock but haven't sold in 60 days? The ones I should send back to their brand.
Checked 1 source
  1. Checking products and stock…

Nothing in stock has gone 60+ days since its last sale — everything that has ever sold, sold recently. The only dead weight is 6 products that have never sold at all, $17,970.00 at retail across 22 pieces.

Product Brand Stock Retail value Added
Camisa de lino bordada Hilos de Oaxaca 5 $4,250.00 2026-09-30
Cántaro grande Barro Negro 3 $3,600.00 2026-07-07
Juego de tazas Barro Negro 4 $3,120.00 2026-07-07
Jarro de barro negro Barro Negro 6 $2,700.00 2026-07-07
Vestido bordado corto Hilos de Oaxaca 2 $2,400.00 2026-09-30
Florero calado Barro Negro 2 $1,900.00 2026-07-07

The two Hilos de Oaxaca items were just added today, so give them time. The real candidates to return are the 4 Barro Negro pieces: almost 3 months on the floor, 15 pieces, $11,320.00 at retail and not a single sale.

And do those brands sell enough to cover their rent?
Checked 1 source
  1. Opening the brand…

No — Barro Negro covers 0% of its rent, and Hilos de Oaxaca doesn't pay rent at all.

  • Barro Negro: rent $2,500.00/month, zero sales ever since joining on 2026-06-22. All 4 products have never sold. At this point it owes you about three months of rent with nothing earned against it, and the next settlement would just carry a balance to its charge. Worth a conversation with Rosa Méndez about swapping the assortment or ending the space.
  • Hilos de Oaxaca: no rent and no commission set, so there's nothing to cover. It has sold $2,776.51 in the last 30 days (all of it still pending payment), but half its catalog has never sold. Since you keep 0% commission, this brand isn't bringing you income either — might be worth setting a rate or a rent.

What it works out

It doesn't just add up, it tells you what changed

Ask why sales dropped and it compares against the previous period, breaks it down by brand, category, day and payment method, and tells you where the difference is. When the data can't support a claim, it says so.

  • What you owe each brand comes from the same math as your settlements, with discounts, card fees, your consignment cut and rent.
  • It finds what isn't moving, pieces with stock and no sales, with their value and brand, so you can decide what to send back.
  • It follows your reports' rules. Only completed sales count, and a layaway or a gift card sold is not a sale.
  • Every brand, product or receipt it mentions carries its link, so you can open the record from the answer.

It knows your shop and nothing else

It reads and never changes anything

It doesn't create, edit or delete. It doesn't sell, charge, refund or settle. Ask it for a change and it tells you which screen does it, with the link.

Your figures, not a guess

Every number comes from your data at the moment you ask. When something doesn't exist, like the margin on products with no cost entered, it tells you instead of guessing.

Your data stays yours

It only sees your shop, and cashiers have no access. To answer, your question and the figures it looks up go through Anthropic, the Agent's provider, which doesn't use them to train its models.

Included in your plan

During the 15-day trial you can ask up to 10 questions a day. With a subscription, as many as you like, at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Can it change prices or delete anything?

No. It only reads. Ask it to raise a price or settle with a brand and it tells you where that's done, with a link to that screen.

Where do the figures come from?

From your shop. It reads sales, payments, products and stock, brands, settlements, returns, customers, coupons, gift cards and the cash drawer, with your reports' rules, so only completed sales count.

Who on my team can use it?

The shop's admins. Cashiers don't see it, just as they don't see reports or settlements.

How many questions can I ask?

During the 15-day trial, up to 10 a day. With a subscription, as many as you like. It's included in the plan.

Where are my conversations kept?

In your history, inside the shop. Each admin has their own, you can delete a conversation whenever you like, and the ones left unused for 90 days are deleted on their own.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It's in your shop's top bar, under the Agent button, and in a panel you open from almost any screen with Ctrl + J (⌘ + J on a Mac).

Another question? The help center has the long answer.
