Can I move my data from Excel into Atiéndalo?
Yes. Upload your spreadsheet the way you keep it, with the brand in a column or as a heading over each group, and review what we understood before anything is saved. Brands, categories, products with their stock and customers all come in. If you would rather start fresh, there is a CSV template.
What if I still want Excel for something?
Everything exports. Every settlement, every report and a full backup of the shop download as XLSX or CSV whenever you like.
How long does switching take?
It depends on how many brands and products you have. There are three steps, import your products, print labels and open the register, and you can import one brand at a time. The 15-day trial leaves time to try it calmly.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It is a web page that opens in the browser of any computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install.
