A jacket and a skirt put on layaway with $900. Both garments leave the available stock right away, the balance is in plain sight and every instalment is recorded at the register:
- When the payment completes, the sale closes itself and splits between the suppliers of each garment.
- The customer gets a link with their receipt, no paper; it shows what they have paid and what is left.
- If the layaway is cancelled, the garments are available again at once.

Almost everything is one of a kind. You create the garment with size and color in the name, "Clone" makes the next one in a click and the thermal label prints at once.
Layaways and instalments without confusion
Take a deposit, record instalments at the register and the sale completes itself on the last payment. The customer sees the balance on their digital receipt.
Every supplier with their own rate
Whoever leaves you clothes has their rate and their settlement period. At the sale, the shop's part and the supplier's part are kept apart on the same ticket.
Stock counts by scanning the racks
Walk the racks with the reader, the system compares against what it expects and shows which garment is missing or extra before the numbers drift.
Frequently asked questions
How do I handle sizes and colors?
Each size or color is a product with its own code, because in vintage every piece is one. "Clone" copies a product for the next one in a click.
Do I have to add every piece by hand?
Not if you already have them on a list. Upload your spreadsheet, the export from your old system or the message where a supplier lists what they are leaving you, check what we understood and import; the labels print right after. A notebook or a photo can't be read, so those pieces are added by hand.
Can I buy clothes outright and also take consignment?
Yes. Each supplier gets their rate. For what you bought outright you record the garment's cost and the system shows your margin.
What if a layaway is never paid off?
Cancel the layaway and the garment returns to stock at once; the deposit is refunded from the same order.
How do I settle with whoever left me clothes?
When the period closes, each supplier has a report with what sold and what they are owed. Mark it as paid and their statement goes out by email.
Does it handle returns and exchanges?
Yes. A return puts the garment back in stock and, if the supplier was already settled, it is deducted on their next close.
