Terms and conditions

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who we are and what you accept

Atiéndalo is a service of Stratonauts, based in Mexico City. In this document “we” means Atiéndalo and “you” means the person or business that opens a shop or uses the system.

By creating an account or using Atiéndalo you accept these terms and the privacy notice. If you open a shop on behalf of a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

2. What the service is

Atiéndalo is a web system for shops that sell their own products or other brands' products. It is used to register brands and products, receive stock, print labels, sell at the counter, keep customers, close cash registers and calculate what each brand is paid.

It runs in the browser. There is nothing to install, except the drivers your printer or scanner may need. You provide the equipment and the internet connection: computer or phone, label printer, barcode scanner and card terminal.

Every plan includes all features, unlimited users, brands, products and customers, and email support in Spanish at hola@atiendalo.com.

We improve the system continuously. Updates arrive on their own at no cost. We may change or retire a feature; if the change affects you significantly, we tell you by email beforehand.

3. Availability

We work to keep Atiéndalo available all day, every day. Even so, there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates, or failures of our providers or of the internet. We do not guarantee an uptime percentage. When we can foresee a long interruption, we schedule it outside shop hours.

4. Your account and your team

  • Give real information when you sign up and keep your email up to date: sign-in links and invoices arrive there.
  • Protect access to your email, and your password if you have one. Whatever is done with your account counts as done by you.
  • The shop's admins decide whom they invite and with which permissions, and answer for what their team does in the system.
  • The person who opens the shop is its owner in the system. They can hand the shop to another admin from the users section.

5. Acceptable use

Use Atiéndalo to run your business lawfully. You may not:

  • sell, assign or resell access to the system;
  • try to reach other shops' data, bypass permissions or test security without our written permission;
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer the system;
  • overload the service on purpose, for example with programs that send mass requests;
  • record illegal sales or products, or use the system to commit fraud.

6. Prices and trial

PlanPrice per shop
Monthly$500.00 MXN a month, VAT included
Annual$5,040.00 MXN a year, VAT included (equal to $420.00 a month)

Every new shop starts with a 15-day trial with every feature. It needs no card. If you do not want to continue, cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

We may change prices. We tell you by email before a new price reaches one of your invoices.

7. Invoices and payment methods

When the trial ends, and at the start of each month or year, we email you an invoice. You have 7 calendar days to pay it. You can pay:

  • by credit or debit card;
  • by SPEI bank transfer;
  • in cash at OXXO, with the reference you generate from the invoice link. These payments are confirmed the next business day.

If you prefer, you can set up automatic card payments in Your store → Plan. Each invoice is then charged on its own. If a charge is declined, it is retried for up to two weeks. You can go back to manual payment whenever you want.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You type your card details on Stripe's pages, not ours.

Each payment produces a receipt sent to your email. If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) for your subscription, ask at hola@atiendalo.com.

8. Changing plans

  • Monthly to annual: the change is immediate. The annual invoice subtracts the unused part of the current month.
  • Annual to monthly: the change takes effect when the year you already paid ends.

9. If an invoice is not paid

If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, or if the automatic card keeps declining after the retries, we pause access to the shop.

While access is paused, admins can still see their plan, pay what is owed, download their data and, for the owner, close the shop. The rest of the team sees a notice that the shop is paused.

Access returns as soon as the balance is paid. We do not delete data for non-payment.

10. Cancelling

Cancel whenever you want from Your store → Plan, or by writing to hola@atiendalo.com. The cancellation applies at the end of the period you already paid. Until then you keep full access and no further invoice is issued.

If you cancel during the trial, the shop is paused when the trial ends and you are not charged.

When the cancelled period ends, the shop stays paused with your data kept. You can subscribe again from the same page. If you want everything deleted, close the shop (section 13).

11. Refunds

  • Cancelling does not refund the days left in the paid period.
  • A card or SPEI payment can be refunded if you ask within 72 hours of paying. Write to hola@atiendalo.com and tell us why. We answer within 48 hours. The money goes back the same way it came, through Stripe. How long your bank takes to show it is outside our control.
  • Cash payments at OXXO cannot be refunded.

12. When we may suspend a shop

We may suspend or close a shop without notice if we detect fraud, a use forbidden by section 5, or a risk to other shops' security. For any other breach we write to you first and give you reasonable time to fix it. If we close a shop for a reason that is not yours, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

13. Your data

  • What you record in your shop is yours: products, brands, sales, customers and reports. We only use it to provide the service, as the privacy notice explains.
  • You can download a full copy in Your store → Data, at any time, even while access is paused.
  • The owner can close the shop from that same section. We keep its data for 30 days in case you want it back, then delete it for good.
  • You are responsible for the data of your customers and brands that you record in Atiéndalo, and for having their permission when the law requires it. We store and process it on your behalf.
  • Links you share, such as a brand's portal or a sale's receipt, can be opened by anyone who has them. Share them only with whom they concern. A brand's portal link can be changed at any time, and the old one stops working.

14. Figures and calculations

Atiéndalo calculates totals, commissions, stock and what each brand is owed from what you record. These figures are an aid to your operations. Check them before paying a brand or filing taxes. Invoicing your own customers and your obligations before the Mexican tax authority (SAT) are your responsibility.

15. Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies: Stripe to charge your subscription, and Mercado Pago if you connect a card terminal. When you use those services their own terms also apply. Charges to your customers through a terminal are between your business and Mercado Pago. Atiéndalo only sends the amount and receives the result.

16. Intellectual property

The software, the Atiéndalo brand, and the site's designs, texts and images belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. We grant you permission to use the system while your shop has an active subscription or trial. That permission transfers no ownership to you.

17. Limitation of liability

We provide the service with professional care, but as is and as available. To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages caused by failures, interruptions or errors of the system;
  • we are not liable for failures of your equipment, your connection or third-party services;
  • our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Atiéndalo in the 12 months before the event that gives rise to it.

None of this limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we email you at least 15 days before it applies. If you disagree, you can cancel before that date. Continuing to use Atiéndalo afterwards means you accept the new version.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be settled before the courts of Mexico City, unless the law gives you the right to another venue.

20. Contact

For questions, support, refunds or notices about these terms, write to hola@atiendalo.com.
