Frequently asked questions
Who can see a brand's portal?
Only whoever opens that brand's email. Every sign-in asks for a link sent to that address, which works once and expires in 20 minutes. The portal cannot change anything, and turning it off or changing the email closes access at once.
Does the brand see my customers?
No. It sees its sales by product, its stock and its settlements. No customer names and no other brand's sales.
Can the brand change prices or stock?
No. The portal is read-only. Stock receipts and prices are recorded by the shop.
Does the brand get anything by email?
Yes, when the brand has an email on file, settling the period sends its statement, with reply-to set to the shop.
