Getting started

Emails Atiéndalo sends

Updated on Tuesday 29 September 2026

Every email Atiéndalo sends: who gets it, when, what's in it and how to turn it off.

Atiéndalo sends few emails and every one of them has a reason. Here are the ten, with who receives them and what to do about them.

They all come from hola@atiendalo.com, on behalf of Atiéndalo, and a person reads any reply to them. The exception is a brand’s statement: its replies go to the shop owner’s email.

Add that address to your contacts. It’s what keeps your sign-in link out of spam on the day you need it.

Getting into your account

One click and your store exists

Goes to the email you typed at sign-up, the moment you send it. It carries the Create my store link, and nothing exists until you open it: your shop and your login are born there. It lasts one hour. It also carries a 6-digit code in case you read the email on another device: type it on the Check your email screen where you filled in the form. If you didn’t ask for it, ignore it and nothing is created.

Your link to sign in to Atiéndalo

Goes out every time you type your email under Sign in and press Send me the link. It carries a link that takes you into your shop with no password and lasts one day; as soon as you use one, any other link you’d asked for stops working. Under the button comes a 6-digit code to sign in from the browser where you asked when you open the email on another device; it lasts 20 minutes. You can ask a few times in a row: keep insisting within three minutes and it asks you to wait. If you’d rather not depend on email, create a password from My profile (see Your profile).

Choose a new password

Goes out when you use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. It carries the link to set a new one and expires in 20 minutes. If you didn’t ask for it, ignore it: your password stays the same until somebody opens that link.

Confirm your email

Goes to the new address every time you change your email, and when you press Resend verification. It confirms that inbox is yours. It lasts two days. Until you open it you’ll see a banner at the top of the screen, and Resend verification (in the banner or in your profile) sends another; you can ask three times every ten minutes.

For your team

Invites you to your shop

Goes to whoever you invite, the moment you save the invitation. It says who invited them, to which shop and with which role, with the Accept invitation link, valid for 48 hours. It is not resent, on purpose, so nobody’s inbox gets spammed: if it expired, send a fresh invitation from Users. While it’s still pending you can Revoke the link, or copy it and send it over WhatsApp. The full story is in Your team, roles & invitations.

For your brands

Statement

It’s the only email that leaves your shop for the outside world. It goes to the brand’s email, not to you, with replies addressed to the shop owner’s email so the brand writes back to you.

  • When — when you send it. For now it does not go out on its own when the period closes.
  • What’s in it — the period’s sales (units and orders), what the brand is owed, what has already been paid, what’s still pending, how many units it still has at the shop and at what retail value, plus the link to its brand portal.
  • To send it — on the brand's report, the Send by email button sends the statement for the period you’re looking at.
  • To turn it off — clear the brand’s email on its page, under Brands. With no email nothing is sent, and the button tells you it’s missing. An inactive brand doesn’t get one either.

How that period is worked out and how it’s marked as paid is in Reports & settlements.

For the shop owner

Your store is ready

Goes out the moment you open the sign-up link and the shop exists. It names the first step (adding a brand) and says you can reply to it if anything gets stuck.

You sold … this week

Goes out every Monday to every admin of the shop, only when there were sales the week before. It carries sales against the previous week, orders and average ticket, sales by day, how customers paid, top products and the brands of the week. Each person turns it off with Unsubscribe from these emails, at the foot of the email.

Low-stock products

Goes to the owner once a day, early in the morning, and only on days when there’s something to report. It lists the products at or under their low-stock threshold, grouped by brand, with their stock and their threshold.

You turn it off by clearing the thresholds: the low-stock threshold is set per product and, when the product has none, per brand. With no thresholds set, this email never goes out. How to set them is in Products & SKUs.

You closed your shop: you can restore it until…

Goes to the owner as soon as someone closes the shop from the settings. It states the exact date the data is erased — 30 days later — and the address to write to in order to get it back before then. If it arrives without you asking for it, write to us right away. The whole process is in Your shop and your data, along with the export under Data.

What can go wrong

  • No email arrives at all. Check spam or junk and that the address is spelled right. If you use your own domain with filtering rules, ask for hola@atiendalo.com to be let through.
  • It arrived, but the link no longer works. Each link has its window: sign-up one hour, sign-in one day, password 20 minutes, verification two days, invitation 48 hours. All of them are single use. Ask for another.
  • You asked for several links and none of them works. Open the last one. Using one burns the rest.
  • A brand says its statement never arrives. Check that it has an email on its page and that it’s active, then send it with Send by email from its report, or pass them their brand portal link.
  • The low-stock email arrives every day. It does while products sit under their threshold. Restock, or adjust those products’ thresholds.
