Frequently asked questions
Who pays the terminal fee, the brand or the shop?
In Atiéndalo it comes off what the brand is paid, in proportion to how much of its pieces were paid by card. The customer pays the tag price and the shop never absorbs it.
What consignment rate is usual in Mexico?
Between 20 % and 40 % for design shops, lower when there is booth rent on top. Each shop picks its own mix; the calculator lets you compare.
What if the rent is larger than the sales?
Here the deposit shows zero. In Atiéndalo the difference is kept as the brand's carried balance and deducted on its next settlement.
Is this the same arithmetic the app uses?
Yes. Terminal fee on the card-paid part, rate on the gross sale, rent last, in that order, exactly as on every settlement.
