Questions about billing
What happens when the 15 days are over?
The first invoice reaches your inbox, for 500 pesos (or 5,040 if you picked the annual plan), with 7 days to pay it. The shop keeps working as usual in the meantime.
How do I pay?
From the invoice link: by card or SPEI transfer to your shop's CLABE, or in cash at OXXO with a reference. If you would rather not think about it, save your card in Your store → Plan and it is charged every period.
What if I do not pay on time?
We remind you before and after the due date, and the shop stays open. If the invoice is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, the shop is paused: you keep your plan page, the payment and your data export, and it reopens as soon as you pay.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Monthly to annual takes effect at once, minus what you did not use of the month. Annual to monthly takes effect when the year you paid for ends.
How do I cancel?
From Your store → Plan, whenever you like. You keep everything until the end of the paid period and nothing else is charged. Cancelling does not refund the rest of the current period.
Do you issue a CFDI invoice?
Yes: write to hola@atiendalo.com with your tax details. You also get a receipt by email for every payment.
Are there refunds?
Card and SPEI payments can be refunded within the first 72 hours: write to hola@atiendalo.com. OXXO payments cannot be refunded.
Who processes the payments?
Stripe. Your card details are captured by Stripe and never reach us: we keep only the card brand and its last four digits.
