Consignment & settlements
Clear accounts with every brand, without days in Excel
Each brand has its rate, its rent and its settlement period. Atiéndalo applies all three on every sale and issues the statement when the period closes.
15-day trial, no card. 500 MXN a month, everything included.
A worked example
Every sale splits itself
A $1,000 blouse paid by card, in a shop that keeps 20 % and charges $300 a month for the rack. This is how it lands when the period closes:
- The terminal fee is computed on what was paid by card and comes off the brand, not the customer.
- The rate is frozen on each sold line, so changing a brand's terms never moves what was already sold.
- If the rent is larger than the sales, the balance carries to the next period instead of going negative.
- Sale of a handmade blouse
- $1,000.00
- Terminal fee 3.5 % + VAT on the card-paid part
- − $40.60
- Shop's consignment cut 20 %
- − $200.00
- To the brand for the sale
- $759.40
- Monthly rack rent Deducted when the period closes
- − $300.00
- Deposit on settlement
- $459.40
The terminal fee and VAT are set once per shop; the rate and the rent, per brand.
Everything you need to settle on time
One rate per brand, frozen at the sale
When a sale is recorded, each line keeps the rate the brand had that day. Past months' reports never change, even after you renegotiate.
The card fee comes off the brand
On a split payment only the card-paid part pays a fee. The customer pays the tag price and the shop never covers it.
Booth rent deducted at close
Rack, shelf or showcase, a fixed amount per week or month. It comes off the period's sales and what is left over carries forward.
Settlements and statements in one click
"Mark as paid" freezes the period's lines, stores the statement and emails it to the brand. It downloads as Excel or CSV.
Frequently asked questions
Can every brand have a different rate?
Yes. The rate lives on each brand and applies to every sold line. Change it whenever you like; only later sales are affected.
What if a brand sells less than its rent?
The settlement lands at zero, never negative. The difference is kept as a carried balance and deducted on the brand's next close.
How is a return handled when the line was already settled?
Atiéndalo writes a negative adjustment dated today that deducts exactly what was paid for that piece on the brand's next settlement.
Can each brand have its own settlement period?
Yes. The shop sets a default period (week or month) and any brand can have its own.
Does the customer pay the terminal fee?
No. The customer pays the tag price. The fee is computed on the card-paid amount and comes off what the brand is paid.
